Not at all. We handle all communication with Greek authorities, landlords, and banks on your behalf. We're fully bilingual and will translate everything you need.
Ideally 4–6 weeks before your planned arrival. This gives us time to find the right apartment, prepare your documents, and schedule all appointments. That said, we've helped clients on shorter timelines too — just ask.
Greece's digital nomad visa allows non-EU remote workers to live in Greece for 12 months (renewable), with a 50% income tax reduction for those who stay longer than 183 days. Our Visa Assist package (€500) covers document preparation, application review, and authority liaison.
No — the AFM is your Greek tax number, which you need regardless of your visa status. It's required to open a bank account, sign a lease, and get a SIM card. The digital nomad visa is your residency permit. You need both, and we help with both.
We ask for a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining 50% due on completion of your package. We accept bank transfer and Revolut. The monthly retainer is billed on the 1st of each month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
