Not at all. I handle all communication with Greek authorities, landlords, and banks. Everything is translated and explained in English throughout the process.
Ideally 4 to 6 weeks before your arrival. This gives time to find the right apartment, prepare documents, and schedule appointments. Shorter timelines are possible — just ask.
Greece's digital nomad visa lets non-EU remote workers live in Greece for 12 months, renewable, with a 50% income tax reduction for stays over 183 days. Requirements: 3,500 euros or more per month net income, health insurance, and a clean criminal record. My Visa Assist package at 500 euros covers the full application process.
No. The AFM is your Greek tax number, needed to open a bank account, sign a lease, and get a SIM card. The nomad visa is your residency permit. You need both, and I help with both.
A 50% deposit confirms your booking, with the remaining 50% due on completion. I accept bank transfer and Revolut. The monthly retainer is billed on the 1st of each month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
I specialise in Athens with in-person support across Attica. For Thessaloniki, Crete, and the islands I provide remote guidance, though in-person accompaniment is Athens only.
